Every device from Elite Electronics Store is new and genuine in its sealed box, with a warranty and a tax invoice in your name. Here are our terms, plainly:
Warranty: one full year
- Elite Electronics Store covers devices for one year from delivery against manufacturing faults, and simple accessories (cases and screen protectors) for six months.
- Bring the device to the showroom with the order number or invoice, or message us to arrange a collection in France, and we handle the repair or replacement for you.
- If a repair isn’t possible we replace the device with the same model, or an equivalent one if it is no longer available.
- The warranty does not cover breakage, liquid damage beyond the stated resistance, or faults caused by repairs elsewhere.
Returns within 14 days
- You can return a device within 14 days of delivery if its box is still sealed, with everything that came in it.
- We refund the way you paid within 7 days of the device reaching us.
- A device that is faulty on arrival is replaced straight away, even if the box was opened, and we pay the delivery.
- Screen protectors cannot be returned once fitted, for hygiene and technical reasons.
Before you send a device for repair
Back up your data and remove the account lock on the device; the repair may need a reset.
